    January-Secured an investment commitment letter from Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital Co., Ltd., with a pledged investment of NT$48 million.

    February-Secured an investment commitment letter from Industrial Technology Investment Corporation(ITIC), with a pledged investment of NT$24 million.

    March-Completed a cash capital increase of NT$200 million, bringing the total paid-in capital to NT$332 million.

    March-Received investment from Business Angel Investment Program, National Development Fund, Executive Yuan

    March- Secured an investment commitment letter from Alar Pharmaceuticals Inc., acting as an angel investment firm, with a pledged capital investment of NT$30 million.

    March-Secured an investment commitment letter from the National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan through its Angel Investment Program, with a pledged investment of NT$20 million.

    April-Completed a cash capital increase of NT$95 million, bringing the total paid-in capital to NT$132 million.

    May-Received grant from the Small and Medium Enterprise and Startup Administration, Ministry of Economic Affairs.
